What our policy covers

We accept a return within 7 days of delivery, and the return shipping is free. To be eligible, the item must be faulty or not what you ordered — returns for a change of mind are not accepted.

The product is dead on arrival or stops working within the window.
The item is physically damaged, or arrives with a fault or defect.
The wrong product was sent, or an item is missing from the order.

How to start a return

1Contact us within 7 days
Message us on WhatsApp or call the store within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo or video showing the problem.
2We arrange the pickup
Our courier collects the item from your address. Return shipping is paid by us — you do not pay anything to send the item back.
3We check the item
Once the item reaches us, we inspect it against your report. This usually takes 1 to 2 working days from receipt.
4Exchange or refund
We send the replacement, or refund you the product price through your original payment method or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

Refund & exchange

Replacement: we ship the same item again once the return is accepted.
Refund: the product price is returned to your original payment method, or to Easypaisa/JazzCash if you paid that way.
Delivery charges are refunded where you paid them.
Processing takes 1 to 2 working days after we receive the item.

What is not covered

You changed your mind, or found the same product cheaper elsewhere.
Damage caused by misuse, an accident, water or an unauthorized repair.
An item returned without its original box, accessories, manuals or cables.
